the thespian in us

how should one react when an acquaintance says, "You have impressed me with the kind of courage you have shown in this time of distress", when the one concerned actually spends sleepless nights worrying about the distress and just puts up a calm face for the public?

interesting stories... read them to combat the forces of corporate IT culture inflictin boredom on me! hahaha
so the answer to the situation i would say is... do you have a thespian in you which has made u say the same stuff anytime to anyone?? if so... you'd know the comfort that'd generate on the face of the person in concern...
:) more importantly ... how did u react when you were told so?

B- lol, hehe. i guess it depends on what the reaction would be to these words than what had been done thus far.

Sun- welcome and thanks :). Well, so u think it'd generate comfort? Don't u think it'd be one of a feeling of guilt? or rather wont the words act as a trigger which would make the one concerned break down? and hehe, lets not talk subjectively here :P
